Besides Microfarm, a project within the Campus Environmental Center student organization, there are several other gardens at UT!
Kinsolving and Jester Gardens
There are two on-campus gardens (Kinsolving Garden and Jester Garden) managed by UT Farm Stand, which falls under UT’s University Housing and Dining (UHD). The produce grown from these gardens are given to the dining halls and sold through the UT Farm Stand Market. Learn more about the gardens, UT Farm Stand, and how to volunteer at their website! Follow them on instagram for their most recent updates.
UT Colorado Community Garden
This garden is located at the University’s Colorado Apartments complex and is managed and used by graduate students living in the apartments. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for any questions.
There are multiple gardens on campus managed by UT Landscaping Services that focuses on creating pollinator friendly habitats through planting native flowers, trees, shrubs, and grasses.
