Dues for Fall 2017 are $10.00 and are payable by cash or check to the CEC Ambassadors or Staff Advisor.
Half is allocated to providing snacks at meetings and other goods to members. The other half is allocated to a charitable donation that is gifted to a charity or nonprofit chosen by vote of the CEC membership each semester.
Aside from the charitable donation, all funds collected from dues return to the General Members (i.e. they are not used to fund student or staff wages, CEC Project Teams, etc).
Dues are collected from all General Members and leaders of the CEC. The amount is set by the Leadership Council at the beginning of each semester. To be a recognized member of the Campus Environmental Center, dues must be paid by the second General Meeting that one attends in the semester.
