Spring 2010 Job Openings
Trash to Treasure Site Coordinator (May 2010 only)
Earn a little extra cash by working onsite with CEC's largest fundraiser. Wages are $8.50/hour for 10-12 hour days; site coordinators work on non-consecutive days between May 13 and 24. Email TrashtoTreasure@UTenvironment.org for more information.
Trash to Treasure Driver (May 2010 only)
Earn a little extra cash by driving University vehicles for CEC's largest fundraiser. MUST have Texas driver's license, clean driving record, and pass an online driver's certification course in advance of being hired. Drivers work 6-hour shifts, $8/hour, on any day between May 13 and 24. Number and frequency of shifts depend on number of other drivers and demand for services. Fall 2010 Job Openings
Ink Recycling Coordinator. Monitor incoming requests and conduct regular pickups throughout main campus and the Facilities Complex. Coordinate periodic collections with our local ink vendor. Communicate regularly with ink recyclers and promote program to new offices. $8.50/hr, 10 hours per week. Requires current TX driver's license and a good driving record. Recycling Intern. Assist with can/bottle recycling program throughout main campus. Main duty is to collect cans/bottles from outdoor locations and deliver to off-campus vendor, but additional responsibilities may be added in Fall 2010. $10/hour, 10-12 hours/week.
